I’m Sharnique "Sharr" Williams, born and raised in the heart of South Carolina, where I developed a deep passion for helping families and individuals create homes filled with love, support, and comfort. This passion led me to become a trusted real estate agent, and I’m dedicated to guiding my clients on their journey to finding their dream homes.
My career began as a leasing property manager, where I managed high-rise apartments, condos, and lease-ups. I worked primarily with first-time renters, and there was nothing more rewarding than witnessing the joy on their faces when they were approved. However, I knew I could make an even bigger impact. So, I decided to obtain my real estate license in Atlanta, Georgia, where I could help families experience the profound happiness of settling into their own homes.
Driven by my determination, I made the bold decision to relocate to California, where I became a licensed Realtor with Stigler Homes and Mortgage. I didn’t stop there—I earned my mortgage lender license and became VA certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). To further serve my clients, I founded my own property management company, B Heritage LLC.
In addition to my real estate expertise, I’m also the author of the book "First-Time Home Buyers for California's - An Easy Guide to Your Path to First-Time Home Buying". This resource is designed to empower future homeowners by providing invaluable insights into selecting the right loan and purchase program. I take great pride in helping my clients find not just a house, but a home where love, peace, and happiness can flourish.
