KAMA BURTON

I am Kama Burton, the proud Broker-Owner of CMB Realty Services in Moreno Valley, a passionate speaker, and a dedicated trainer in the real estate industry. Since 2005, I have been transforming lives through real estate, and in 2020, I took a bold step in launching my own brokerage. My mission is simple yet powerful: "making real estate dreams reality." I am deeply committed to empowering my community through homeownership, and every day, I strive to make a meaningful impact.

As an adjunct professor at Moreno Valley College, I have the privilege of teaching real estate pre-licensing courses, helping aspiring professionals enter the industry with confidence. I am also a certified trainer for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where I address critical issues such as fair housing and diversity, ensuring a more inclusive and equitable real estate landscape.

In 2022, I had the incredible honor of becoming the first Black female President of the Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS® (IVAR), leading a membership of over 4,200 real estate professionals. My leadership extends beyond IVAR, as I serve on the boards of both the California and National Association of REALTORS®. I am also a proud graduate of the NAR 2022 Leadership Academy, which has further equipped me to drive change in our industry.

I am deeply passionate about professional growth and diversity in real estate, and I actively contribute to organizations that share this vision. As a proud member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, I support and uplift women in the real estate profession. Additionally, I am committed to promoting Black homeownership through my membership in the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, an organization with a longstanding history of advocating for equal housing opportunities. These affiliations allow me to expand my network, share my knowledge, and work toward a more inclusive real estate industry.

Beyond real estate, my heart is dedicated to mentoring young girls through my non-profit, Loving Me 1st. I believe that building self-esteem and self-worth at an early age can shape a brighter future. My commitment to community service goes hand in hand with my work in real estate because I believe that true success comes from uplifting those around us.

With a multifaceted approach to real estate, education, and community service, I am committed to making a lasting impact. My journey is about more than just buying and selling homes—it's about transforming lives, breaking barriers, and ensuring that homeownership is accessible to all.
